We ended up getting the To-Ny (with fries) and the Johnny’s Pizza, plus a lemon Italian ice. All aboard the Dora Queen — an 80-foot two-story New Orleans-style paddlewheel boat docked in Tavares — for one of the best experiences in Lake County. Marmaduke’s Lodge Leesburg FL full restaurant review & tour. First-time visit on National Cheeseburger Day — smash burger, Elote corn dip, massive BLT, and the menu inside downtown Leesburg. First time at Marmaduke’s Lodge in downtown Leesburg after a recommendation — and we’re glad we went. We tour the inside, walk through the menu, and eat our way through National Cheeseburger Day specials, daily deals, and some of the best bites we’ve had in Lake County. They run strong daily deals including all-you-can-eat wings and $1 wings. We started with the Elote Corn Dip — stinkin’ good and some of the best we’ve ever had. A viewer suggested the smash burger, so we ordered the classic Smash Melt. They accidentally brought a double and it was massive and tasty. We finally found potato salad we actually liked. The BLT was huge and tasty (we added broccoli). Banana bread was sold out so we tried the strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich — sweet but good. Nice staff, solid downtown Leesburg spot. We toured Florida’s retro Pizza Hut Classic in Homosassa — the old-school location that still looks exactly like Pizza Hut in the 80s. Full interior tour, menu, salad bar, Thin ’N Crispy pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. Location: Pizza Hut Classic 4845 S Suncoast Blvd Homosassa Springs, FL 34447 Red-and-white interior, Tiffany-style hanging lights, salad bar, vinyl booths, checkerboard tables, vintage pictures and signs on the walls. This is the classic 1980s Pizza Hut experience people drive hours for. We toured one of the biggest candy stores in the U.S. — a 3-story mansion in downtown Jacksonville with a full working factory. Sweet Pete’s is huge, wildly decorated, and we walked every floor. It’s a full wonderland with thousands of sweets, holiday-level décor year-round, and a working candy factory you can actually watch. We did a full food and restaurant review at Johnny Angel’s, the 50s-themed diner in Jacksonville, Florida — and this place is packed with 1950s theming from floor to ceiling. We absolutely loved the theming. Johnny Angel’s serves breakfast and lunch all day. In this video we walk you through the entire menu, then sit down for breakfast. We ordered the Richie Cunningham breakfast: eggs, excellent bacon, pancakes, and grits. We also tried excellent sausage, a fruit bowl, and great potatoes. To drink we had cranberry juice and a massive half-and-half tea. The staff was great and this was an absolutely amazing diner worth visiting if you’re in Jacksonville. The space is cute and the concept is unique (100+ dessert-only items, open kitchen, homemade ice cream), but for dessert prices this high we expected more. We found our brand new favorite outdoor spot in Florida, and the best part? It is completely FREE to visit! This massive trail completely blew us away with how many different styles of landscapes are packed into one hike. Join us for an honest waterfront restaurant review at Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille located right on the beautiful St. Pete Pier in St. Petersburg, Florida! This popular Florida seafood restaurant is always packed and highly rated. We have dined here before but did not make a video. We also got a reservation through the OpenTable app. We tried a huge variety of menu items including the shrimp wrap, fresh grouper, clam chowder, salad, and the famous paella! Most of the food was absolutely delicious and full of fresh flavor, but unfortunately the clam chowder had a strange taste that just wasn’t for us. To finish the meal, we ordered the brownie dessert and WOW… it was stinkin’ GOOD! We finally checked a HUGE bucket list concert off our list and saw Noah Kahan live on The Great Divide Tour at the Kia Center in Orlando… and WOW, he was absolutely incredible! We were sitting in Section 106, Row 5, Seats 7 & 8, and the view was INSANE. The seats were padded and super comfortable… but honestly, nobody was sitting anyway because the entire crowd was standing and singing along all night long! Noah Kahan performed 24 songs live and sounded even BETTER in person. The energy, storytelling, vocals, and crowd atmosphere made this one of the best concerts we’ve ever experienced. His stage was one of the best we have ever seen! The house was great! This was a sold out concert. The tickets were definitely expensive, but this was 100% a bucket list concert for us and completely worth it. From hearing all the fan favorites live to being so close to the stage, this was a night we’ll never forget. If you’re thinking about seeing Noah Kahan on tour, DO IT! We headed to Disney Springs to film an honest food review at Earl of Sandwich, a popular quick service spot at Walt Disney World… but Florida weather had other plans! Come along with us for a complete tour of the incredible Brevard Zoo — one of Florida’s highest-rated zoos! This was our first visit and wow… it absolutely lived up to the hype. The exhibits are designed so you can get unbelievably close to the animals, making the entire experience feel interactive and immersive. One of our favorite parts was the AMAZING kangaroo exhibit. Seriously one of the best we’ve ever seen! Being able to walk through and get so close to the kangaroos was unforgettable. The monkeys were also incredible to watch and full of personality. Every area of the zoo felt well thought out, clean, and fun to explore. The staff members were super friendly and helped make the day even better. What really makes Brevard Zoo unique are the extra experiences you can do here. You can kayak right next to animal habitats and even take a train ride around parts of the zoo for a different view of everything. It made the visit feel way more adventurous than a typical zoo trip. We will try that next time! The only thing missing for us was elephants, but honestly there was still so much to see and do that we had an amazing time from start to finish. We spent Cinco de Mayo at Fiesta Grande in downtown Mount Dora to eat some delicious Mexican food! From their daily deals to their full menu, we show you the full restaurant experience so you k ow what to expect before you go. The good news is, we got seated right away as this restaurant in Mount Dora got super busy! They offer outdoor patio seating, indoor seating, and bar seating. As far as the menu, there isn’t a ton of items but there is just enough to make you want several entrees. In this restaurant review, we show you their 2 in 1 margarita specials, their taco specials -both hard shell ground beef, and street taco with chicken, the tamale and rice, and the taco salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals! We also show you their famous salsa and we had to pair it with their delicious queso dip which is a must! We decided to get dessert and chose the chimi cheesecake with both chocolate and caramel sauces. It’s came with ice cream and thought it was the perfect size!
