The best food trips don’t end when you get home — they change what you’re cooking for dinner. 🤠 On my recent trip to Fredericksburg, Texas, I attended a private dinner hosted by the family behind Fischer & Wieser, a Texas Hill Country brand I’ve been buying for years. After the trip, they sent me a care package, so I put their Smokey Mountain Whiskey Glaze and Roasted Plum Chipotle Sauce to work on grilled chicken kebabs. The sauces caramelized beautifully over the heat for an easy Texas-inspired dinner at home.
